Cornerstone Soccer Academy has developed a process-oriented curriculum, that aims to accelerate growth. Our techniques and teachings are rooted in scripture and backed by research. To dominate in today’s game, we seek improvement in the “Three P’s”.
While many academies or clubs focus on one or two of these categories, CSA ensures every student will be pushed in all three. Our specialty lies in the mental side of sports (Psychology), something that is often forgotten about in common sports instruction. Yet, our expertise in the mental side allows us to effectively develop the physiological and technical side of the student.

The Psychological side of sports is the top of the pyramid and the focal point of CSA. Being able to control your own mind allows for a serious competitive advantage. These are topics we take seriously and allow us to develop your kid into a leader and role model: self control, game IQ, discipline, resilience, confidence, mental toughness, speed of thought, decision making, etc.

Performance refers to the “technical” side; the skill or action performed in game, that requires repetitive refining. This side of sports is commonly demonstrated at rec, club, and school levels, but often is incorrectly taught causing students to form bad habits. CSA seeks to replace these habits with precise skill execution that students will develop confidence in.

This side focuses on an athlete’s physical capabilities; we attack this arena by adhering to what science and research show us. This side includes training in conditioning, strength, speed, agility, power, balance, coordination, reactions, body composition, etc.
Where the magic happens
Whether it’s your backyard, your basement, the local park, or local fields, CSA provides flexibility in terms of location and travel. As we continue to grow and search for a place to make a permanent home, we work with local churches, schools, community centers, to find spaces to do indoor and classroom work. We are open to new partnerships and locations; if you, your student, their friends or their team have a spot, we have the coaches.

Our Classes
Spring Warm-Up - Complete
We had a blast kicking off the spring season; on March 1st, we got moving, showing off our incoming agility and dribbling class, while shaking off the winter rust. During some competitive games, we worked on our reaction time and improved our explosiveness, while beating some friends, teammates and even coaches.
2024 Agility and Dribbling Class
Our agility and dribbling class was all about improving fundamental movements and technique to move the ball on the field. The number one mistake when teaching dribbling is assuming players not only know how to dribble but when to dribble. Our Psychology focus dives into the strategy and science of dribbling through classroom analysis of in-game film. Students leaned essential techniques to practice in their own time, while improving their quickness with soccer based agility drills.
2025 Speed and Agility Program - Complete
Year Two in the books! In this rendition of the Speed and Agility Program we broke down technique and exercises to increase mobility, CNS connection, agility, and speed in every direction. Our kids got significantly faster after just a few sessions of professional drills, and we could not be more proud of their hard work. So excited to see what God has in store for each and every one of them!

Speed and Agility Camp

5 Week Ball Mastery Class - Complete
This class focused on full control of the ball; simply put, if you cannot control the ball, you become a liability on the field. We taught our students how to eliminate bad technique often taught to youth players at a rec and club level that prevents the students from reaching their full on-ball potential. We start by breaking down the fundamentals of each technique, understanding the why behind each touch. We incorporated our Psychology focus, by establishing a precedent that changed the way kid’s view their first touch. Finally, we ironed out the mistakes, not only leaving kids with a solid foundation, but helping to shape the way they see practice so their growth continues beyond the class.
Game Mastery Workshop
Our Ball Mastery Workshop was a big hit so we are moved on with real game application. In this class we built on our strong connection with the ball and learn to apply it to real game context. Our focus was to better prepare our students for situations in a game so they can execute their techniques with confidence. In every workshop, our coaches broke down professional techniques and give kids resources/homework to take their game to a level they have never seen before. We hope to see you next winter with what was a blast of a class!

CSA employs coaches with background in team and small group environment; simply put, we know it takes to get the most out a group. Whether you are signing up a whole team, or the local neighborhood kids, we are ready to meet their needs and shape our instruction to achieve goals. Individual Growth - $75-90
These personal one-on-one training sessions are designed to implement a personalized growth plan so your kid can reach their highest potential. These one hour sessions will consist of drills that are designed to specifically improve the student’s weaknesses while embodying their strengths. Our coaches are fit to handle any skill level, and look to offer high quality training based on our curriculum and growth tier system. We are able to offer our sessions lower than the competitors, specifically because our home is your home fields; we can use almost any space for most of our training sessions. Our price range depends on factors that we would love for you to learn more about, but we pride ourselves on offering fair pricing to our customers.

We would love to give you a specific price for each of our services, but without knowing important details, it is difficult to give you a fair estimate. If we have available classes, they will always come with a price so you know where your money is going.
